Ray Shreder began his professional financial consulting career in 1984 and has held senior financial consulting positions with several of the financial industries most prestigious investment firms. In 2003, Ray founded Shreder Investment Consulting Group L.L.C. (SICG), an independent investment consulting firm. Ray has served as the featured financial columnist for the Las Vegas Sun newspaper, has produced several educational financial DVDs and has authored numerous published articles on investing. In 1991, he co-hosted "An Evening with Louis Rukeyser", the popular host of "Wall Street Week", and in 1998 and 1999 co-hosted the Las Vegas Investment and Financial Expo. (LIFExpo)
Ray received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1978. In 2010, Ray attended H&R Block's acclaimed course on tax preparation. Ray has supported numerous charitable organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Habitat for Humanity and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Dominic Salomone

Dominic Salomone has over 27 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, including Executive Management at Charter One Bank, one of the top twenty banks in the United States. Dominic has worked with the Federal Reserve Bank in developing new products and services and was on the Project Team that led to the successful acquisition of a Commercial Bank (Bank of New England) for merger giant KKR.
Mr. Salomone has worked for Progressive Insurance Company, where he developed an Internal Audit Program for member banks; Fifth Third Bank and Deloitte & Touche, where his practice was the most successful consulting group within Deloitte and reported directing to Vice Chairman Ed Kangas. He has advised many banks and Fortune 50 Corporations such as Huntington Bank, Key Bank, Proctor and Gamble, and General Electric in both Profit Improvement and Cash Management opportunities. He also worked at the first American Indian owned bank in Washington, D.C., where he worked with White House staff under President Ronald Reagan and Secretary of Interior James Watt in helping improve Economic Development on Indian Reservations.
Mr. Salomone received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Northern University in 1977 and was conferred with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Northern in June 2006. He graduated with Honors from The American Banker Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware in June 1998. Dominic is a published author and accomplished speaker in such topics as: Surviving Cease and Desist Orders, Fidelity Controls for Financial Institutions, In-house versus Outsourcing Item Processing, Bank Marketing to Small Businesses and Current Trends in Bank Technology. In 2004, Dominic started Salomone Consulting to provide Wall Street analysts information on various banking subjects.

Jacqueline Thornhill has been working in the financial services industry over 17 years. In addition to serving a large client practice of several hundred, she has worked as a consultant, trainer and coach for new and experienced financial advisors in a 6 state southwest region. She coached the advisors on building successful practices and developing their skill sets in the areas of Financial Planning, Investment and Insurance Planning. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, CDFA™ helping divorcing couples with the financial impact of their money decisions on their futures as singles and single parents. She is also a Certified Paralegal to assist in the areas of estate and elder planning.
Ms. Thornhill is a Certified Sales Trainer and Personal Development Coach trained by the Anthony Robbins Companies and has conducted several weekend workshops and one on one coaching sessions. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association Southern Nevada Chapter, and holds active membership in the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She has been recognized as a leader in her profession and as an active member of local charitable organizations such as the Rotary Club and a volunteer for the Andre Agassi Grand Slam for Children annual event. Jacqueline received a BA in Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State College.

Christopher Rich is an actor, philanthropist & The WealthCare Center spokesperson. Chris has enjoyed a successful career in television, film and theater. Mr. Rich is currently CEO of First Charities Network, LLC, a charity management company. He also has over 20 years experience in charity fund raising. Chris holds a degree from University of Texas and a Masters
Degree from Cornell University.

Marianne received her BS degree in Political Science from Utah State University in 1980 and her MS degree in Human Resources (Economics/Business Administration) in 1982. In 1989, Ms. Lanuti received her DOCTOR OF JURISPRUDENCE from Golden Gate Law School in San Francisco, California. Marianne is licensed to practice law in all courts within the jurisdiction of Nevada and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Liz received her B.S. in Public Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

Mr. Vierra provides financial, operational and business advice to high-growth, evolving, underperforming and start-up businesses. Mr. Vierra has extensive business experience, including the President of Global Consulting Group, Executive Vice President of Estee Lauder Group, Senior Vice President of GTE and Vice President of Charles Schwab & Co. Larry also teaches graduate courses in business.

Dr. Carol C. Harter

Dr. Harter took the helm at the Black Mountain Institute in 2006 to direct the institute's growth into the chief outlet for literary arts programming in southern Nevada. Dr. Harter has since secured over $3.5 million in gifts and pledges for BMI's programs and activities. Dr. Harter was UNLV's seventh and longest-serving president (1995-2006), overseeing the creation of more than 100 new degree programs and five new professional schools. She was instrumental in raising more than $500 million for the university, quadrupling the institution's external research funding, and initiating the construction of seventeen new buildings. Prior to her arrival at UNLV, she served as president of SUNY Geneseo for six years and spent almost nineteen years at Ohio University, where she was a faculty member, ombudsman, and served in two vice presidential roles. She holds a Ph.D. in literature from SUNY Binghamton and has co-authored books about John Irving and E.L. Doctorow.

Dr. Boldt oversees all of the UNLV Advancement units, including the offices of Alumni Relations, Community and Government Relations, the UNLV Foundation, Marketing and Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Reprographics and Design Services. Prior to
accepting his position at UNLV, Bill was Vice Chancellor for University Advancement at the University of California, Riverside.
Jerry Hull

A resident of Las Vegas since 1970, Jerry was employed as the General Merchandise Manager for Albertsons until 2005. He and his wife Peggy,
a Clark County Planning Department
employee, are both retired. Jerry is outspoken on the issues affecting those planning for or currently retired. Mr. Hull attended College of the Sequoias, in Visalia, California and 4C’s Accounting School in Fresno, California.
Kenneth L. Maul

Mr. Maul has extensive experience providing structuring and funding options for entrepreneurs and companies, including IPOs, reverse mergers and private placements. Ken has co-founded several successful financial services firms and was a partner and the Chairman of the Board of Gilbert Marshall & Company. Mr. Maul has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1990.

Prior to accepting his position with Bank of Nevada, "Tony", served as CFO / Senior Financial Analyst for the Praetorian Group, a New Haven, CT based mergers and acquisition firm. Since relocating to Las Vegas, Tony has been a consultant to financial analysts covering publicly traded companies. Mr. Stelluto graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a BS in Economics.
